Nemanja Kajganić

At the time of my elementary education I was very interested and impressed by mathematics,
chemistry and physics, so I represented my district on various contests (state championship,
district championship...). I finished gymnasium (math direction) for my high school education, and
after my matriculation I entered Faculty of organization and informatics in Varaždin, Croatia. I
gained bacccalaureate degree on studies of Informatics, course Organization of business systems.
Continuing my faculty education, I signed post-graduate course Organization of business systems and
currently, I am working on my graduate work Implementation of techniques for analyzing data from
social media for management purpose.

One of my biggest faults is my persistance; when I start something I don't quit regardless on how
hard is for me at that time. I like to prove myself that I can always achieve more and more.

As I see my life as a battle, I transfered that philosophy on my hobby, as well. From my childhood
till today I train and practice combat sports – karate as a child, and kickboxing (currently state
champion) in my college days. The sport is urging hard discipline and good organization of time and,
after all, it makes me feel mentaly stronger bringing me in situations when you have to push more to
survive and achieve my goals.

I like dynamic work, the one that involves new people and new acquaintance. I am a team player, the
one who likes to hear other opinions because I think that every man is good at something, you just
have to give him the opportunity to prove himself.
