Charles Comerford

Monroe, NC

I have (relatively speaking) recently gotten my Amateur Radio License and have been able to enjoy spending time helping organizations in the community for various charitable events such as the Carolina Cycling Time Trial Association, the Aptalis CF Cycle for Life, and also the MS Breakaway to the Beach.

This not only gives me a chance to give back to those charities that are constantly giving, but has also given me a great opportunity to meet people that I otherwise would never have gotten the chance to see.

In addition to volunteer events, I am also a board member for the W4BFB Club out of Charlotte, NC. I am also a member of the NC4UC Club out of Monroe, NC, and help maintain the repeaters in the area.

I also have a great opportunity to work from home as a Covert Agent for Geek Squad, providing remote computer support online and over the phone for our clients on a regular basis.
