With over 20 years of strategy and product experience, Saurabh has been at the forefront of the technology industry across the Bay Area, India and Western Europe. Additionally, Saurabh has also supported growth gigs for some of his clients through the clever usage of data analytics and behavioural psychology After earning a B-Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, Saurabh worked as a programmer more than half a decade. Post which he moved on to doing more product based roles with some of the top fortune 500 companies across the globe. Stanford GSB offered him a full scholarship to do their Ignite program in 2015 due to his entrepreneurial contributions. As a founder member, he has started several revolutionary companies in India like Talentpegs and Galijob around the recruitment space. Saurabh also serves as a guest faculty for a volley of Indian and foreign B-Schools like IIM-Kozhikode and FGV Brazil. Saurabh is also an official mentor with IIM Lucknow where he spends a part of his time in mentoring startups that IIM Lucknow is incubating in the fintech space. Saurabh worked closely with the Minister, Principal Secretary, Mission Director, Employment Generation and Skill Development Department, Government of Punjab on strategic affairs around skill development, employability and employment generation. Saurabh has also helped the Government of Karnataka by helping them write their innovation policies for the industry and commerce ministry. Saurabh also ran a think tank on Sustainability for the UNESCO Sorbanne’s Club in 2015.
