Neo Dladla

I am Neo Dladla, a South African entrepreneur and founder of Gabadeli Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a 100% youth-owned, Level 1 B-BBEE company operating in logistics, fuel supply, mining support services, waste management, and infrastructure development. I am driven by a long-term vision to build a pan-African group of companies that deliver sustainable, high-impact services while creating meaningful opportunities for youth and emerging suppliers.

Under Gabadeli Holdings, I lead several operating entities:

• LBN Logistics, which focuses on waste removal, transport subcontracting, and fleet-based green economy solutions;
• Lexara Group (Pty) Ltd, a CIDB-registered construction company operating in general building (GB), civil engineering (CE), steel works (SK), and mechanical (ME) services;
• Star Hope Printing Enterprise, which services public sector projects in printing, branding, and catering, including education and agriculture departments.

My academic background is in Supply Chain and Logistics Management, which complements my experience in procurement, transport coordination, and project development. My teams have successfully executed contracts in both private and government sectors, and we continue to scale by aligning with national transformation goals and international quality standards.

I am actively seeking strategic partnerships and opportunities to expand our reach through:

• Equipment and fleet funding (diesel tanks, trucks, waste containers)
• Long-term subcontracting and offtake agreements
• Technical mentorship and international joint ventures
• ESG-compliant and sustainability-aligned projects

Our companies are fully compliant with CSD, SARS, GWIS, and operate with strong governance. As a young African entrepreneur, my focus is on resilience, empowerment, and operational excellence. I believe collaboration across borders is the key to unlocking Africa’s industrial potential.
