Hi! I’m Neomar Martinez… I am a Realtor® in Virginia with Keller Williams Realty – Loudoun Gateway. I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2003, and have a strong background in relocation.

I am also a husband, a father of two, son, brother, and a good friend to many… I am a Spanish speaking native of El Salvador. My family and I migrated to Virginia in 1990, and have called Virginia our home since. Growing up in Northern Virginia as an immigrant was both exciting and challenging to me and my family. But we knew from the moment we arrived in the United States that we were truly blessed – blessed simply by having the opportunity of setting our roots here. We, too, lived our American dream! When my parents purchased their first home back in 1995, I knew in my heart that serving in the Real Estate industry is what I was destined to do… to be able to help make other people’s American dream a reality!
