I’m twenty-five years old.
Since June 2015 to January 2018 I have worked in the Vans store situated inside the Carosello Mall in the city of Carugate (Mi).
I used to collaborate with the largest European stores in the various marketing companies gaining the opportunity to see and to learn about plenty of working realities such as those of London and Paris.
I graduated in Tourism Sciences in March 2016 at University of Milan- Bicocca.
During my bachelor degree, I have experienced an Erasmus period abroad, to the University of Valencia, which helped me to be open to new university environments, pulling my own skills out, getting used to new cultural habits and strengthening my adaptability to new places.
Since I started university classes, I have always aimed to cultivate other interests and passions, pointing to balance the time spent on studying, working and traveling.
Now I'm attending the Master degree in Economy of Tourism at the University of Milan-Bicocca.
I started working in the fashion industry at the age of 16 for a very important brands like Balenciaga, and since then I have worked as senior sales assistant until 2016 and as a store supervisor until January 2018. Working in the fashion industry has aroused a great interest towards the trading field which is the one I experienced the most.
The tasks I have been doing in these working years are: stocks management, team working, problem solving, customer service and analysis of KPI’s.
During these last years spent working for a Vans store, I have figured out the importance of becoming a brand ambassador, making sure that everyone could get in touch with us (from costumers to suppliers) and doing my best to make a good impression to anyone entered the store.
Until July 2018 I'm studying in Lleida, Catalunya due to my second Erasmus experience in order to conclude my University career in the best way ever.
