While completing a Science degree at university, Nerissa attended a consumer buying behaviour lecture with a friend and was hooked. After graduating with a Marketing and Commercial Law degree, she spent 15 years working in consumer, government and small business roles with companies including AXA (NZ and UK) and Telecom Mobile.

Most recently Nerissa had a leadership role at ANZ, where she was responsible for the creative strategy for ANZ’s key retail customer segments.

Nerissa has been described as having a wealth of client experience but the vision of an agency strategist. Her career demonstrates a mastery of traditional advertising, digital and social media in industries where executional excellence and a quick time to market are demanded.
