Neshadha Perera is a graduate student at Center for BioCybernatics & Intelligent Systems at Texas Tech University. He graduated from University of Peradeniya and worked as a lecturer in Computer science at Uva Wellassa University, Sri Lanka. His research interests are bio-inspired computer models, computational neuroscience.

Durig his leisure times, Neshadha sees the world through his third eye. As an amature photographer he likes travelling to find opportunity to capture things in unforseen viewpoints.
