I had the opportunity to go to the Nespresso boutique in SF today to replenish my supply of pods. The staff members are pleasant but I have been Paul's customer for years and he consistently and always provides impeccable customer service. He remembers my taste preferences and is extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Since Paul not only remembers my pod preferences but also some of my reasons based on my palate, I really appreciate his advice on the "newer / limited edition" pods.
