I am a wife, mother, herbalist, yoga instructor, student, doula & coffee addict. I enjoy making people laugh and I am passionate about community. I graduated from the Musical Theatre program at Sheridan College (Oakville, Ont) and worked in theatre, film and television for 10 years. I also attended and graduated as a Practicle Herbalist from Wild Rose College (Calgary, AB), and trainned as a Yoga instructor at the SIVANANDA ashram in Madurai, IN. I am a certified birth doula through DONA international, educated at Mount Royal University. I am a knowledge junkie with a lot to learn and especially love to read about nutrition, health and wellness. I enjoy playing with my son, cooking, eating, family, watching families grow/babies being born gardens/permaculture, playing guitar, singing, laughing, democracynow.org and bike riding with my family. I am currently learning how to speak and write Malayalam as my husband is from the South of India.
