Nevaeh Marie Costa
San Diego, CA
Nevaeh grew up in a household that encouraged entreprenuership. She started working at any company that would allow her to work as a minor.
"Working the fast food chains just wasn't challenging enough for me, I needed more."
Nevaeh began working as a filing assistant for a freight company when she was 18 years old. It was just one phone call that changed her exposure to business.
"I took a sales call by accident. I'll never forget the guy on the other end yelling cuss words to my virgin ears! I didn't even have one moment to ask what the hell his problem was. So, I let him vent. A few minutes later, he asked how much this would cost him for three months. I was so used to seeing all the documents that I file on a daily basis, that I projected a total cost based on his company size and demands. I uttered out the total, $3500. I remembered the other sales agents would stay quiet after they'd name off a price, and so I waited. That was my first transaction. I received a commission check of $350 for a 20 minute conversation. I was sold from that point on. I wanted to own my own business."
She went on to open PROinsites a web marketing solutions company, Morgan Marketing a custom blog company, DCI, a business and life coaching firm and assisted in the growth of several start ups.
"I feel more fulfilled working one on one with new business owners. I shared with them the knowledge I had on marketing with a budget in mind, I called it creative marketing. Most people who open businesses forget that you are not gifted with large corporation funds. So, I wanted to fill that gap by providing myknowledge on a consultant level."
Nevaeh Costa is an emerging business solutions unitarian activist. Her controversial work can be found in Lipstick & Politics, The Bradley Group, MARKETmeMARKETyou, MOTIVATEme., and LEGACYcoaching.
"I want to end the large corporation business take over and give small business owners a chance to get lifted off the ground. I'm disgusted at how much business has changed into greedy undertones, it's time we apply and teach positive business strategies through unity. Backscratching is a fundamental we need in order for business to thrive in todays market."
