Hi!

I've finished Faculty of Philology, department of Italian language and literature. Beside that, I was active in student organisation for more than 4 years, being vice-president and secretary.

Currentlu I am working as Help Desk Specialist where I am running the first class technical support with the end user, solving technical problemsremotely, which can be procedures, software, hardware or operational. Also organizing two-waycommunication between team and a customer, creating monthly and weekly reports, doingincident management in Excel mode, making sure all the quality standards are met.

*In my free time I am learning web design, wordpress and organising weddings. I am also doing charity work, usually with children without parents...
