I danced professionally and practiced Yoga while I worked full-time as a Software Engineer...and I always had a dream of introducing and sharing the many benefits of Yoga.

Zumba...I took a Zumba class and I was hooked, I had to become an instructor so I could share how fun it is with other people! Zumba is not only dance but it is true aerobic exercise, you sweat while having fun, it is really a party!
My Zumba classes are a mix of styles from all over the world. I guarantee you will have fun! It does not matter what age, body, background or experience, come join a class!
Zumba Fitness Classes;
Tuesdays 4:40 p.m. - 5:25 p.m
Wednesdays 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Saturdays 7:45 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.
Aqua Zumba Fitness Classes;
Tuesdays 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Yoga Classes;
Thursdays 1 p.m. - 2:15 p.m.
Fridays 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Sundays 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.
