New Beginning Ministries was founded by Frank Hillers. Frank has been is several positions in the ministry. President for Youth for Christ in high school at Pasadena, Texas traveling teaching evagelist in several different states as well as President and Pastor of Restored Life Ministries in Alvin,Texas.
God gave Frank a calling and the anointing to teach and minister His word while Frank was studying in Plano, Texas at FountainGate Bible college.
With a love and hunger for God's Word and to touch, exhort lives Frank reaches out thru several different medias,
has a weekly Bible study and accepts teaching engagements to reach other local fellowships.
