Monica Ackerman

My life is about helping people to look at changes in their lives as a new beginning. I've assisted people through the maze of the court system by typing their forms and providing moral support. I've been doing this for 25 years and am still growing. In my other life I am the grandmother of 4 amazing girls, ages 12, 7, 4, and 1. I'm a cat woman and animal activist and politically active in the Democratic party. I was married for 20 years and in an exclusive relationship for 16 years. Being single and living alone with my cats is fabulous. Life is an adventure and the glass is always half full. When I die, my ashes will be scattered under the Golden Gate Bridge by the Neptune Society, along with any of my cats's ashes who pre-deceased me. I said good bye to organized religion 30 years ago and have never been happier with my life. I've recently become a Senior Coast Sider in Half Moon Bay, the most fabulous city on the Northern California Coast.
