George Agustí, o lo que es lo mismo, NEW GEORGE, es un músico y compositor barcelonés que siempre ha tenido muy claro su objetivo: hacer a la gente feliz con su música. Tras varios años creciendo musicalmente en su país, viaja a Londres sin billete de vuelta con diecinueve años con la intención de tocar para el público inglés.

Los comienzos son duros, y debe levantarse a horas intempestivas, cruzarse la ciudad para ir a trabajar y así tener dinero para subsistir, mientras, de manera paulatina, se va haciendo un nombre en una de las capitales de la música.

Vuelve a los dos años, curtido en mil batallas, y con un objetivo claro: transmitir esas nuevas experiencias, sumadas a las pasadas, y crear su sonido.

De todo eso nace ese Urban Pop que NEW GEORGE lleva por bandera

George Agustí. In other words, NEW GEORGE, is a musician and songwriter from Barcelona that always had a goal in mind: to make a lot of people happy with his music.

After some years growing musically in his native country, George travels to London with no return ticket with the intention of playing for the english audience. He was only nineteen at that point.

It was a hard start in the city, mainly because he had to wake up very early in the morning (4.30 am), go to the other side of town and work in a smoothie bar to make ends meet, while slowly making it into the London clubs.

He spent two years in there, but he eventually came back to Barcelona, with a fully packed bag of new experiences, that mixed with the ones he already had made what is his sound.

All of those things make that Urban Pop he is known for.
