The Residences at Sunset Walk will be a condo hotel located within the enormous, billion-dollar, mixed-use, master-planned Margaritaville Hotel Orlando community currently under development. It will have a total of 125 condo hotel units located in two residential buildings. It will also have numerous amenities, such as:

The larger Margaritaville community will offer many additional amenities. It will span nearly 200,000 square feet of shopping, dining, entertainment and nightlife venues, all within walking distance of Sunset Walk.

Owners at Sunset Walk may also have access to the amenities at the adjacent Margaritaville Hotel, although this hasn’t yet been confirmed. Those amenities include three restaurants, daily live music at two venues, three swimming pools, white sand beaches, walking trails, a playground and more.

Margaritaville is centrally located just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. It is in Kissimmee-Orlando within 15 minutes of Disney’s Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom theme parks. Also nearby are Disney’s other theme parks and ESPN Wide World of Sports.

The Residences at Sunset Walk is a condo hotel. Owners will be able to place their vacation home in the rental program and have it rented for them when not using it to generate revenue.

Over 75 million visitors came to Orlando in 2019, making it the world’s #1 vacation destination, which means the condo hotel should be able to garner solid occupancy rates.

The condo hotel units at The Residences at Sunset Walk will include fully-furnished studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans. They range in size from 519 to 1,205 square feet. Prices start at $229,000.
