New Mama Tips

Hi I’m a new Mum, and an over 40 one at that, but like you, I’m feeling my way through parenthood making loads of mistakes but also learning a massive amount. Since I gave birth in January I’ve celebrated a number of triumphs, and equally suffered a number of disasters.

The one thing that I’ve searched for online is good, non conflicting, honest and down to earth advice from older Mums and Dad, who like me, are doing this right now. Parents who I can empathise and laugh with but also share with and swap some really excellent tips, about dealing with the chaos when your whole world has been turned upside down, just at the time of life when you thought you’d worked it all, out and started to feel confident about things.

So being a budding writer I thought, why not start my own blog and share some of the things I’ve found that work and of course some that don’t as I start this wonderful but sometimes frustrating new life as a Mum with my baby boy.
