Newman George Leech

Newman George Leech is the CEO of REIS (Real Estate Investment Strategies), a real estate asset management and development platform headquartered in Geneva, with operational teams embedded in Lisbon and across its Portuguese portfolio. REIS manages a portfolio exceeding €400 million across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments in Portugal and Switzerland.

With more than three decades of experience in international real estate, Newman George Leech co-founded the Geneva Management Group in 2000 and has since built a track record spanning complex acquisitions, large-scale residential development, and institutional-grade asset management across European markets.

Current REIS developments include Bellevue Cascais — a boutique luxury residential project in partnership with Grupo Santo — alongside the Marvilla Collection, Lapa Gardens, and Concordia Oeiras in the Lisbon metropolitan area. In Switzerland, the Group manages the RUBIX development, a 47,000 sqm industrial and logistics scheme in the Canton of Geneva.

Newman George Leech is a partner of the Figo Foundation, working alongside Luís Figo to develop community programmes connected to REIS's residential pipeline in Portugal.
