I am the Director of Assessment, Data, & Operations at the Gwen M. Greene Career & Internship Center at the University of Rochester. I love being able to create meaningful visualizations to help tell analytical stories. I also help run the day-to-day operations of the Career & Internship Center, sit on the Senior Forecasting Team, and make sure no one spends a money over budget.

I earned my B.A. in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa (go Panthers!) and my M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University. In my free time, I run, blog, rewatch old gymnastics competitions while impatiently waiting for the short season to begin, and cheer on the Chicago Blackhawks. I one time got to ride in the co-pilot chair of a plane that was fixed with a coat hanger that the pilot and a passenger found in someone's yard. Oh yeah, that plane ride was above the Artic Circle.
