I have spent the last 25 years working in the Online and Interactive environment, from running a Web Development company to helping build websites, developing marketing strategies and consulting with clients across a broad spectrum of industries, from hospitality concerns to motor manufacturers. Over the last 14 years though, I have focused predominantly on online marketing strategy and implementation with the objective of maximising exposure as well as generating Return on Investment for clients online.

The Online Environment, and in general, my career path came about by accident as I had to do an internship for my Marketing Diploma practical at a company (while working towards my IMM Diploma at Wits Technikon) and happened to start at a fledgling Web Development company as a salesman... This was my first exposure to it (way back in 1996) and from day one I was hooked... and since then have been involved and worked for a number of traditional advertising and digital agencies ever since.

I have always been addicted to squash (I played provincial squash at school) and have spent almost 20 years honing my craft. Of late though, I have been consumed by golf and thoroughly enjoy partaking in a good round of 18 holes and then enjoying a few rounds in the 19th too!
