Bathandwa Ngcepe is a 26 year old individual Born and raised in Gauteng, doing his Bed (Bachelor of Education Degree) in the University of Johannesburg majoring in Physical science and ICT school support. He is currently in a Quest of establishing a sport called Handball in the University and looking forward to be the head coach of the team. He was once volunteer on an NGO call the Belief foundation for people living with intellectual disability, in helping them by teaching them numeracy and language. What inspires him is to make a difference in someone's life not just any difference but a educational one. the Reason why he is passionate about teaching, he believes that learning should be a central part in a humans and that education can be able to Liberate one's mind to think abstract. He also believes that Science should be viewed on someones understanding because the mind of a human being contains a lot of dynamics that see a world differently. So in conclusion teaching and learning to be a fun experience in the classroom learners should be given the opportunity to learn on the based of their understanding.
