Have 7 years of experience in Software Testing field, including 2 years as Senior Test Engineer and 4 years as Project Lead.

Have lots of experience with desktop applications, web-based applications, console applications, web services, performance… be able to analyze all kinds of requirements from both business and domain knowledge perspectives.

Strong logical thinking and strong developing base knowledge with all kind of language: C#, Java and many automation testing frameworks (Specflow, Cucumber, TestNG, Selenium, ABT, etc.). Be capable of designing and developing test automation framework. High quality deliverables based on good logical thinking skill.

Have excellent bug finding ability, both deep requirement validations as well as ad hoc testing.

Solid manual testing skills with deep knowledge in managing such as creating / developing Test Plan, Test Suite, choosing Test Method…as well as test conducting such as analyzing requirements, creating test cases.

Having experience in direct communication with client. Good at negotiation ability. Capable of creating plan, dealing and delivery with satisfied result to client while maintaining sustainable workload of the team. Win-Win attitude and very open/flexible mindset, adapt with changes very effectively and positively.

Have strong communication skill and people management skill with lots of experience in solving communication issues, team work issues.

I am strong in people motivation, coaching junior members to senior ones in both technical and communication manners, especially self-responsibility and teamwork attitude.

Have one year of experience as Automation Testing trainer at Computer Center of Natural Science.
