Born in Vietnam and raised in San Jose, California. Ngoc graduated from University of California, Davis with dual degrees in Cinema & Technocultural Studies and Dramatic Art and UCLA's Producing Program for Film & TV. She's currently continuing her acting training at the Beverley Hills Play House acting school in Los Angeles while working for an Asian American non-profit organization called Kollaboration and Jubilee Project, a non-profit organization that makes short films to inspire positive changes on YouTube. Together, with Kollaboration and Jubilee Project, she believes in empowerment through entertainment and #DoingGoodIsContagious.
