Ngozi Kennedy is a Life, Personal and Development Coach and an Educationist. She is specialized in helping people both young and old to achieve their personal goals and improve their competence, capacity and productivity. She help people who feel frustrated, depressed, and stuck in their lives to come up with a clear vision for what they would love their life to look like, and then coach them through a very specific process that help them achieve their dreams. She believes that everything in life was created with potentials and everyone is responsible for the potential stored within them and they must learn to understand the potential they posses and effectively use and maximize it in their short lifetime. But there are many people who are being passed by because others don’t see what is in them. God has shown her what is in her and she knows it is in you too. Her job is to stop you and help you discover what is in you because there is a wealth of potential in you.

She is the convener of BLOOM AND GROW where she help, educate, train and inspire people to develop themselves and become the kind of person they want to be. She teaches people that they can bloom and grow anywhere they find themselves. Just like flowers bloom into their true and final forms, they also as a person has the ability and capacity to grow and bloom into their true self. Her qualifications include but not limited to HND in Banking and Finance. Certified Life Coach, Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programmer and other leadership and self development certificates currently she is running her PGDE. She provides a unique opportunity to give meaning to your career, business, relationship and life through various bespoke programs. She is a daughter of God, an author, a preacher of the gospel, a trainer and also a counsellor. She loves singing, reading and watching movies with her family when she is not attending to a client.
