Stephanie is an Exercise Physiologist from Melbourne, Australia. With the encouragement of family and friends, she has taken the leap of faith to leave home, work and loved ones in pursuit of turning a hobby and passion into something a little more serious.
Residing in ‘the city of lights’ she is currently completing a Diplôme de Pâtisserie at the internationally renowned Le Cordon Bleu, Paris.
