I am currently in Minneapolis, Minnesota and I received a BFA degree at the University of Minnesota.

Growing up with cartoons, anime, and video games, I reminisce about my childhood memories of play, fun, and humor. A manifestation of cultural inspiration, my work often takes the form of painted collages, becoming cultural mash-ups.

I explore the possibilities of colors I find visually appealing and experiment with different combinations. The use of a bright color palette adds a sense of playfulness and youth, highly influenced by the Japanese kawaii culture.
