Nancy Haver
I'm a California girl with Seattle sensibilities. I moved to Seattle from Santa Monica 25 years ago and lost my big hair and acrylic nails almost as fast as I discovered REI and started wearing Birkenstocks. Pasadena will always be my home, especially on New Year's Day, and visiting my dad in Palm Desert during the wet and soggy Northwest Spring is a joy. I love to sing and perform, and thank Dennis Coleman for creating the Seattle Women's Chorus, which gives me and 200 of my pals the opportunity to share our joy with others. Up until August 2013, I was a coffee queen spending my days working for the best coffee company in the world. In the evening I'm in the company of my friends and with Team Creamsicle: Jackson the Golden Retriever and Clementine the orange tabby. And I'm now in graduate school at LIOS Graduate College of Saybrook University en route to a Master's Degree in Psychology, and completing my internship at Seattle Counseling Service. My life is good and I KNOW I am truly blessed.
