About Me

I’m Nicola Hyde, a strategic marketing leader with over 15 years of experience driving brand growth through content, influencer, and social media innovation. I’ve led award-winning programs across the CPG, retail, and entertainment industries, including Earth Rated, Cirque du Soleil, and Reitmans.

Most recently, I served as Director of Social and Influencer Marketing at Earth Rated, where I built and scaled the brand’s first creator program, delivering over 220 million organic video views and a 75% drop in CPM. Under my leadership, the brand doubled its search volume, grew its social footprint by 200K+ followers, and won a 2025 Shorty Audience Award in the Pets category.

Throughout my career, I’ve brought together storytelling and data to build campaigns that connect with real people, deliver measurable results, and adapt to the speed of culture. I’ve led teams across global markets, developed go-to-market strategies for major product launches, and partnered with platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google to pilot new tools and insights.
