Niall is a project and programme manager with over 15 years experience delivering a wide portfolio of projects. With everything from website builds to concerts, car launches to organisation rebrands, Niall has experience delivering world class projects for a huge range of clients.

He has completed professional training in several project methodologies including Prince2 and Agile and has recently completed his PMQ qualification from the association of project managers

Whilst building this experience, Niall has simultaneously been building a small woodworking business and provides project and process support to small businesses in the creative industries especially those running craft businesses
