Nicci Selby

Based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, I have been a freelance Arts Marketing practitioner for over 25 years. With experience across the board, I have worked on a variety of projects and events for a wide range of companies and organisations in both long and short term capacities.

From writing press releases, creating web content, establishing and maintaining social media sites, designing anything from logos and adverts to full programme artwork and devising marketing strategy and budgets (from both the limited to more generous amounts), I have probably covered it all!

Just some of the organisations I have worked with: Belgrade Theatre, Coventry, Birmingham Royal Ballet, Richmond Theatre, Surrey, UK touring company Heartbreak Productions, BBC Coventry & Warwickshire and Mercurial Dance.

I am computer-savvy with many software packages and having worked extensively with copy and print, have certainly honed my design, copywriting and proofreading skills. I'm also a big fan of an Excel spreadsheet!

Alongside this, I have my own craft and vintage business which basically re-uses, re-cycles and re-creates vintage items into pretty things - www.vintagerevisited.co.uk - and am currently working with a selection of artists and craftspeople to create the cooperative LOVE HANDMADE FAIRS - www.lovehandmadefairs.co.uk
