Niccolo L. M. Montanari

I have successfully conceived and produced a wide range of national and international events, including exhibitions, conferences, talks, screenings, presentations, parties and press dinners.

As one of the founders of the events management agency FIER management I’ve comfortably handled intimate get-togethers for ten to twenty people as well as larger gatherings of over 100 people, delivering inventive solutions to meet the clients’ needs while sticking to specific budgets.

My role at the Hamburg-based tech company Jimdo developed from UK and Ireland Country Manager to leading PR Manager to Brand Developer in less than one year. Within six months I organised JimCon, a 2-day conference for over 300 Jimdo users in Germany. The event focused on raising brand awareness and highlighting the personal family-like approach Jimdo is renowned for.

Through the past four editions of Berlin fashion Film Festival I’ve developed strong networking, negotiating and presentation skills. As one of the founding members I’ve had to maintain a clear overview of all areas: planning and coordinating the film and speakers programme, liaising with locations and partners and coordinating staff to deliver a smooth, high-quality experience for attendees and clients to then evaluate results according to the outlined budgets, business plan and KPIs.
