Nic is a lawyer, writer, editor, and publisher. If there are words involved he is probably intersted. Mr. Franklin's scholarship has appeared in the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law and an upcoming publication detailing the convergence of deal making and energy law. He has been interviewed by Texas Lawyer, UT Law Magazine, and has frequently appeared on the radio for analysis of renewable energy developments. He has spoken or moderated continuing education events for the Texas energy bar. He served for one year as the President of the Texas Energy Law Association (TELA) and on its Board of Directors.
