Nichelle Davis Ahmaddiya

With over 15 years of academic experience, Nichelle Davis-Ahmaddiya serves as an associate director of school support services at the Elwyn Nonpublic School Program. Since starting the role, Nichelle Davis-Ahmaddiya has streamlined the organization’s billing system, and looks to increase diversity among staff.
Prior to this role, she served as the agency’s IMS liaison and worked with administrators from 15 schools across Philadelphia. During this period, Ms. Davis-Ahmaddiya developed practical solutions to the problems being faced by these schools.
She is also a former department coordinator with the organization, a position she held for five years. In this position, Nichelle Davis-Ahmaddiya worked with up to five kindergarten to eight-grade schools and provided classroom guidance. She also developed procedures for dealing with common issues while serving as a substitute counselor when needed.
Ms. Davis-Ahmaddiya attends Walden University, pursuing a curriculum, instruction, and assessment doctorate. She earned her master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education and her bachelor’s degree from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
