Nicholai Popov is a Doctoral Candidate from Sydney. His research interests include leadership development and examining ways leaders can improve the performance of their teams. As part of his research, Nicholai investigates how Organisational Citizenship Behaviourcan be cultivated among organisational members and ways to reduce turnover intention among staff. He has worked with volunteers in the State Emergency Service and Rural Fire Service of NSW as part of a collaborative team to reduce the intention to quit among volunteers.
