Nicholas Liou was born and raised in California. Growing up, he was inspired by his parent's modest company and decided to pursue a business degree at UC Berkeley. Following graduation, Nicholas Liou spent four years as a consultant with PwC. Nicholas Liou spent his first two years of professional experience in the field of financial services tax. These two years were crucial in establishing his grasp of business since they provided him with a solid foundation in accounting principles. He then moved on to PwC's management consulting practice, where he worked in the mergers and acquisitions group. At that company, he assisted customers in thinking through and implementing massive cross-functional transactions by creating narratives out of data. After a two-year tenure in mergers and acquisitions, Nicholas Liou opted to obtain his MBA in order to transfer into the technology business, where he hopes to work as a strategic leader for multinational corporations.
