My name is Nicholas Scown, a career manufacturer and customer service expert. I work for Pauling Industries Limited in quality assurance. As the operations manager, my main focus is to help customers achieve personal goals through the company.

Pauling Industries is a contract manufacturer that focuses on packing products for a range of industries. Our main sectors include medical products, food, and cosmetics. I entered into this industry because I pride myself on my keen eye for detail and passion for improving the customer experience, two traits that have brought me to where I am today.
