Hello, Gutentag, Ni hao, Ola,

This is Nicholas! I'm currently based in Shenzhen and looking for a new journey to take education to the next level! Over the past few years I was fortunate enough to experience different aspects in education from teaching, project facilitation,product development to management in start-ups and established language teaching institutions. Because of these experiences, I got to work with the most inspiring group of education thinkers and reformists in China today and very much looking forward towards transformation in the current education system.

My dream one day is to see students coming from all walks of life together united, working and learning from each other in whichever fields of work they choose to. It seems ideal, but my experiences have told me otherwise. The world is now a global "hotpot" and the barriers to entry is no longer as rigid as it was before. In the coming years, I believe that China will also start to play a more significant role in not just the economic sphere but also an important social catalyst, which might not be contrary to most sociologist or political views. However, the notion of this will imply that the rest of the world has to start to embrace a newer change, whether it's the Chinese or any other countries in the world - our goal would be to find out the best way to integrate the ways we learn, respect our diverse opinions and create solutions to make the world a better place to live. That's my wish for this world and I'll dedicate my life towards making this happen on a local level!
