Nick Bratsafolis owns Pyramid Advisors, LLC, a New York-based consultancy focusing on mortgage banking as well as real estate solutions. Since establishing the firm, he has worked closely with lenders in their efforts to secure effective portfolio refinance capabilities. Moreover, Fay Mortgage Services recently chose Nick Bratsafolis to oversee the origination platform as its president.
In the lead-up to his current positions, Mr. Bratsafolis gained key management experience while serving in senior executive roles. During his tenure as chief executive officer at Homebridge Mortgage Bankers in New York, the company's origination volume grew to almost $1.5 billion annually. Prior to joining Homebridge Mortgage, he served as president of the American Realty Holdings Corporation in the same city.
When not working, Mr. Bratsafolis pursues an interest in astronomy and enjoys reading science nonfiction such as The Elegant Universe by Brian Greene. A sports fan, he follows both the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Chicago Bears.
