I keep myself busy with several professional responsibilities. As a real estate agent, I work as part of a top selling team that has sold over $10 million in Real Estate and represent different parties and their best interests based on our contractual obligations. And as a negotiator I work out deals which results include the release of millions in debt from such parties as individuals, banks and government. I analyze each situation differently and determine what sacrifices are needed from all the various parties involved. As a former president of a local nonprofit business group, Sterling Heights Rotary, I made presentations several times a month to 25 plus people, organize events, and help my community. As a private trainer I taught people of all ages and skill levels from grad school to youth. I did this by breaking material down into bite size pieces my students can understand.
In addition to the aforementioned experience, I hold an MBA in Finance from Davenport University and a BA in Mathematics with a minor in Business from Wayne State University. I love talking with people and investing. Plus, I have been training and coaching others to improve in various areas for over 10 years. I have also been investing for over 10 years, and have over 6 years of financial experience in areas such as: budgeting, purchasing, and credit analysis. Lastly, I have over 5 years experience working in the non-profit field.
