With a Myers-Briggs ‘ESFJ’ and DISC 'Influence' type personality, I am motivated by working in innovative environments that analyse the 'big problems', and looks to solve issues that impact and influence people.

I consider myself as self-driven, flexible, adaptable, resourceful and I love working in organised chaos. I believe that no man is an island and that amazing things happen when people come together. I also believe in the power of small teams and I have a Belbin team role that is a cross between ‘Resource Investigator’ and 'Team worker'.
