Nicholas Lash

Based in the Chicagoland area, I am a graduate student at DePaul University with a concentration in Human-Computer Interaction. I received my undergraduate degree from Northeastern Illinois University in Technical Programming. I am proficient in object oriented languages such as Java, and am always expanding my skill set. My end goal is to pair my current knowledge of back-end development with the User Experience education I obtain in graduate school. I am currently seeking a full-time entry-level programming position.

Outside of computer science, I am a passionate musician and spend some of my free time practicing and playing in informal ensembles. Prior to my Computer Science degree, I attended Cleveland Institute of Music as well as Columbia College Chicago for Viola Performance. Evanston and Chicago are wonderful cities, and I make sure to explore as much as possible.
