Nicholas Lunetta of Scotch Plains holds a bachelor of arts in criminal justice from Rutgers University in New Jersey, with an emphasis on bail reform and domestic violence services. His areas of interest in criminal justice range from community policing to constitutional law, as well as the positive effects of the Narcan program in regards to the nation’s chemical dependency issues. Prior to enrolling at Rutgers, Nicholas Lunetta prepared for college as a National Honor Society student at Hamilton High in New Jersey.
In addition to his National Honor Society activities, Mr. Lunetta spent time as a champion student athlete, Future Farmers of America member, and National Merit Scholar. He also took part in the school's foreign exchange program, as well as multiple internship opportunities. Nicholas Lunetta enjoyed a number of additional achievements as a high school student, including several writing contest honors and departmental awards.
In his free time, Mr. Lunetta likes to attend live sporting events and cheer on his favorite teams from Philadelphia. As a country music fan, he enjoys listening to classic country music artists like Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline, and Hank Williams.
