Nicholas Matthew Carducci is a civic-minded software engineer, entrepreneur, and U.S. Senate candidate (2026, NJ) with a passion for building public-interest technology and advancing participatory democracy. Since 2012, he has been researching, designing, and developing Thumbprint, a voting and streaming platform for elections, court cases, and mock referenda — emphasizing transparency and unbiased civic engagement.

He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Software Engineering at Monmouth University, where his coursework includes real-time embedded systems, data structures & algorithms, and AI/ML applications. He recently served as a software engineering intern at NuCulture, building a financial dashboard using Azure Static Web Apps, Entra ID, and SQL-integrated services.

Nicholas is also Chairperson of the Saver Party, the first political party to recognize private intervention by invoice. His portfolio includes founding product experiments such as Vaults.biz and Scopebook, platforms focused on transparent profit-sharing and contractor accountability. With front-end expertise in ReactJS, mobile experience in SwiftUI and Kotlin, and cloud deployments across Azure and Digital Ocean, he bridges UX design with backend scalability.

Outside of software, he’s worked in construction, hospitality, and data visualization — always centering people, process efficiency, and long-term impact.
