My lifelong passion for engineering is one of the main reasons I am currently attending UC San Diego studying Mechanical Engineering. I also entertain ideas of entrepreneurship with an emphasis in aerospace business and any other business ideas or inventions I can come up with.
It has been my childhood dream to become an astronaut and to be the first to land on Mars. I hold onto this goal and it motivates me everyday. I have spent most my life taking all of the necessary steps I could in order to achieve this goal.
I am driven and determined by my competitive nature to always put forth my best and am willing to learn anything to achieve my goals. While I would love to specialize in engineering as my interest, I am flexible and readily accept any opportunity to grow my knowledge and experience base.
As my career takes flight, I would like to not only take away the experience of a lifetime, but with it a new-found knowledge and understanding in a professional career that I am deeply interested in. I am a born leader and a great listener and learner. I thrive in tackling challenges that are above my level and take pride in everything I do. As a teammate both on and off the field, I love to compete and win as a team.
My love for baseball, rockets and space have made me who I am and there is nothing that gets more me excited and motivated.
