I'm Nicholas “Nick” O'Sullivan, a Townsville-based IT leader, cyber security consultant and technology writer with more than 17 years of experience across infrastructure, cloud platforms, education technology, networking, systems administration and cyber security.

My career has included running a local IT support business, supporting technology across Queensland state schools, and leading technology in an independent school environment.

I focus on technology that is secure, explainable and maintainable — from Microsoft 365, identity and endpoint management through to networks, infrastructure, cloud governance and technology planning.

Outside my primary role, I provide IT and cyber security consulting through Suburban Australia and Suburban Secure, particularly for small businesses, schools, charities, churches and community organisations.
