Nicholas began his career working in Banking in London. This included working as part of a team dealing with the assets and investment advice of high net worth individuals in the area of sports and entertainment.

In 2012, he co-founded the asset management company PuriCassar AG with Dr. Alexander Cassar in Zurich.
