Nicholas J.N. Stamatis

I’m a personal injury lawyer working alongside Price Benowitz LLP in Frederick, Maryland.

Here’s a short summary of my background. I have received my bachelor’s degree in criminology and physics from American University and my Juris Doctorate degree from the Washington College of Law where I graduated cum laude. While at the Washington College of Law, I held an executive board position on the College’s Administrative Law Review and had my article published in the Journal of High Technology Law at Suffolk Law School.

I began my legal career as a criminal defense clerk for the Public Defenders Service for the District of Columbia before clerking for various criminal defense and personal injury firms in the Washington Metropolitan Area. I joined Price Benowitz’s personal injury department as a clerk in 2018 and was hired as an associate after being admitted to the Maryland Bar.

Now working as a personal injury lawyer, I bring my passion for law with my analytical mindset to each case as I fight for the best results possible for my clients. My main areas of practice include fighting for compensation emerging from car accidents, pedestrian accidents, medical malpractice, or bike accidents.
