Nicholas T. Graff
Currently serving as Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Baltimore City Community College, Nicholas T. Graff is well regarded for his scholarly achievements in the areas of psychology, medicine, and religion. A respected author and a lecturer, Nicholas Graff presented “A Dialogue between Sigmund Freud and C.S. Lewis” in Jacksonville, Florida, in 2006. He wrote Raising Lazarus: Integrating Healing, the Relational Heart of the Community, which was published by Holy Cross Press in 2004. In addition, Nicholas Graff’s presentation, “Healing in Byzantium: Modern Implications,” is scheduled for publication by Holy Cross Press. Active in numerous academic circles, Nicholas Graff has participated in conferences hosted by many institutions, including Harvard Medical School, Oxford University, and Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology in Brookline, Massachusetts. Nicholas Graff earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion and Philosophy from Hellenic College and his Master of Divinity in Theology from Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology. Pursuing diverse academic interests, Nicholas Graff studied clinical and pastoral psychotherapy and institutional administration at Catholic University of America, earning a Doctor of Ministry. Nicholas Graff completed his postdoctoral studies at Christ Church, University of Oxford. Supplementing his academic credentials, Nicholas Graff has attained professional certification in pastoral psychotherapy, clinical pastoral education, and psychodrama from Spring Grove Hospital in Catonsville, Maryland. Prior to accepting his current academic role at Baltimore City Community College, Nicholas Graff served for 10 years as Executive Director of the Saint Photios Greek Orthodox National Shrine in St. Augustine, Florida, and as Dean of Saint John the Divine Greek Orthodox Church of Jacksonville, Florida.
