Holds a bachelor's in marketing from the School of Business at Florida International University in Miami, FL. She is also currently serving on the Alumni Board of Directors. FIU is the 4th largest public research university, an R1 top-tier research institution.

Nichole firmly believes, and many will attest that she is one of the strongest and most effective communications and marketing professionals in the tri-county area. Her passion for the region and desire to see businesses small and large succeed, while making S FL home is undeniable.

Her breadth of professional experience covers about every aspect in the field with six years' experience working in one the ‘sexiest’ industries such as fashion, where she produced fashion shows in Miami, to being a stylist and layout strategist for designer ad campaigns. in the late 90's Nichole was part of the launch of MTV Latino and is a found memory Nichole holds dearly.

Not as sexy but undoubtedly significant is the well over a decade when she worked with the Florida Department of Transportation, various municipalities and FL County's transportation programs. At these capacities she served as a media spokesperson and community relations manager. Nichole cherishes most launching Florida's prepaid toll program SunPass Mini and open road tolling. These projects allowed her to work directly with two governors. One of her most recent positions allowed her to launch the public outreach program for a 16-billion-dollar transportation surtax program.

As though working for some of the state's biggest surface transportation programs wasn't big enough, Nichole also found herself working on the water and in the air at a marine, aviation and outdoors at a Florida based private equity company where she served as the first public relations staff member for a 60-year-old survival gear and tech company. There she bought digital and traditional advertising - domestically and internationally. She organized national TV events and product launches, as well as created endorsement packages with professional athletes who served as brand ambassadors.

Nichole shares - she practices what she preaches which is: “promote it ethically and in all the right places and you will see the fruits of your efforts”.
